Julie is the owner and founder of Safe Harbour Enterprises, bringing deep knowledge and experience from advising clients across multiple sectors.
She holds a Master of Design Anthropology, a post graduate diploma in communications and a graduate of AICD’s Director’s Course. Her design anthropology background enables her to partner with stakeholders and understand operating contexts, providing perspective to quickly identify what's needed for successful, long-lasting transformation.

Julie has worked with top-tier consulting companies including IBM, Boston Consulting Group and Deloitte. She established her own consultancy in 2018 to give every client access to the full breadth of her knowledge and experience.

Amelia has over 20 years of experience driving strategic digital transformation, leading organisations through complex change—aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver sustainable growth, exceptional customer and employee experiences, and meaningful societal impact.
Throughout her career, she has led major transformation programs across a wide range of industries, including IT, banking, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, retail, natural resources, utilities, government, and non-profits. This cross-sector experience enables Amelia to quickly understand unique challenges and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions to solve for her client’s unique business problems.
Amelia is passionate about designing forward-thinking, purpose-driven solutions that generate long-term business value while advancing environmental and social outcomes. She believes innovation flourishes through diversity.
