Julie is the owner and founder of Safe Harbour Enterprises, bringing deep knowledge and experience from advising clients across multiple sectors.

She holds a Master of Design Anthropology, a post graduate diploma in communications and a graduate of AICD’s Director’s Course. Her design anthropology background enables her to partner with stakeholders and understand operating contexts, providing perspective to quickly identify what's needed for successful, long-lasting transformation.

Julie has worked with top-tier consulting companies including IBM, Boston Consulting Group and Deloitte. She established her own consultancy in 2018 to give every client access to the full breadth of her knowledge and experience.

She specialises in helping clients prepare, lead or implement strategic initiatives within established transformation efforts, providing additional knowledge, skills and capacity.

Amelia has over 20 years of experience driving strategic digital transformation, leading organisations through complex change—aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver sustainable growth, exceptional customer and employee experiences, and meaningful societal impact.

Throughout her career, she has led major transformation programs across a wide range of industries, including IT, banking, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, retail, natural resources, utilities, government, and non-profits. This cross-sector experience enables Amelia to quickly understand unique challenges and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions to solve for her client’s unique business problems.

As Director, Growth Strategy & Organisational Design, Mirella leads and advises on strategies that drive sustainable growth and optimise how organisations are structured and operate. She works closely with leaders and teams to design and embed systems, processes, and cultures that enable people and business to thrive, providing trusted advisory support on complex change, transformation, and capability building.

Mirella brings a wealth of experience in helping teams scale through the right talent and capablity strategy.

Rysa supports our clients through research, ideation, and ultimately the strategic recommendations that drive impactful outcomes for our clients.

Rysa’s passion lies in data and people; whether it’s commercial advising, consulting services, or economic policy, I combine my analytical and interpersonal skills to create a meaningful impact for our clients. At Safe Harbour Enterprises, I work as a Business Analyst, supporting our clients through research, ideation, and ultimately the strategic recommendations that drive impactful outcomes for businesses.

Currently, she is a third-year student at the UBC Sauder School of Business, pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics.
